Introduction
The purpose of this document is to explain the process of data deletion in the EvoPlan application through the report.
Cleanup EvoPlan Transaction Data
The Cleanup EvoPlan Transaction Data report is used to delete data for different selections from EvoPlan. Below is the list of selection types:
Demand
Resource
Resource Group
Resource Work Schedules
Asset
Qualification
Qualification Assignments
Qualification Proficiency
Qualification Scales
Demand Components
Message Cockpit
Transaction Code: | /N/EVORA/EP_DATA_CLNUP |
Execute the transaction code mentioned above to run the Cleanup EvoPlan Transaction Data report.

Figure 1: Example Representation of Cleanup EvoPlan Transaction Data
It has the following sections,
Execute Cleanup On
To choose the selection type (Demand, Resource etc.,).
Note: Multiple selections are possible.
Selection by Admin Data
To enter or select the date ranges (Created Date: Date range is considered order created dates. Last Changed Date: Date range is considered order last updated dates).
The Reset Date option is used to clear both the filled dates.
Common Fields for Selection
To enter the External key, Source, and Object Guid.
Simulation Mode
It is used to check for any possible errors before performing the actual execution of a report.
Note:
When a demand and message cockpit field is selected, additional sections, such as the Demand Field for Selection and Selection for Message Cockpit will be displayed.
The report supports combinations of selections.
Tables to Check the Data
The following tables provide the Common Fields for Selection section data.
Note:
When a field, such as demand, resource, etc., is selected in the report and cleaned up, all the dependent table data are also cleared from the EvoPlan application.
When the dependent entries in the table are not deleted, the only possible solution is force deletion. Since a standard cleanup report is not available for force deletion, contact the respective project managers to carry it out.
