Description

Audit History

CARE-54508

Reconciliation on address, phone and e-mail occurs when there is no data update: Reconciliation of provider and member contacts (address, phone, email) does not validate data for update and just removes the current Aerial data and creates new. As a result, “Removed” and “First Saved” events are created every time during reconciliation and Audit History has entries for data that was not updated.

Recreation Steps:

  1. Identify a provider that exists locally and in the remote database and contains address, phone or email.

  2. Go to any request and add the provider.

  3. Click on 'View Details' of added provider.

  4. Click on Demographics.

  5. View Audit History.

Expected Result: Delete and create events aren't created during reconciliation (Audit History doesn't have new rows for ‘remove’ and ‘first save’) for local provider data that was not updated.

Letters

CARE-55023

Cumulative letter functionality does not populate IsNew flag correctly when letter sent from Auto Workflow rule.

Recreation Steps:

  1. Create or identify a request Auto Workflow rule that will trigger a cumulative letter (Cumulative set to Yes in Aerial Administration > Letter Maintenance) for approved outcomes.

  2. Create an Outpatient request in Aerial.

  3. Add a service with approved outcome.

  4. Save & exit.

  5. Return to the request outcome page and change the Units for this outcome.

  6. Important note: Do NOT click on 'Edit outcome' button on the request outcomes page.

  7. Save & exit

  8. Return to the request page and click 'Save & exit' without any changes.

Expected Result: The isNew flag is 0 for the latest Auto Workflow letter for the request.

iExchange

CARE-55287

Task Auto Workflow rule is not working for iExchange.

Recreation Steps:

  1. In Aerial Administration > Auto Workflow Maintenance create or identify a Task Auto Workflow rule with frequency = Create Task and Task Type is 'Add note'.

  2. In iExchange add a note to an existing request to trigger the Auto Workflow rule from Step 1 above.

Expected Result: A Task with ‘Add Note’ type is automatically created in Aerial via Auto Workflow rule.

Tasks

CARE-55289

Remove warning message when closing a program with voided tasks.

Recreation Steps:

  1. Create program in Aerial.

  2. Create new task for the program.

  3. Void the task.

  4. Close the program.

Expected Result: The program closes without presenting the warning message 'Information: Closed program has open items.'

Letters

CARE-56613

In the isNew letter logic that checks just instances of a particular letter, all statuses except completed are ignored.

Preconditions:

  • Auto Workflow rule created to trigger an Approval letter for Approve outcome.

  • Approval letter is updated as cumulative and checked to include Approve Outcome status.

  • Enable the following configuration: EnableLetterCentricIsNew = 1

  • Scenario must be tested before a letter is in COMPLETED status.

Recreation Steps:

  1. Create an Outpatient request with a single service for 1 unit.

  2. Approve the 1 unit.

  3. Auto Workflow rule generates a letter for the approved outcome.

  4. Approve outcome is marked as TRUE (“1”) for isNew in the approved letter XML.

  5. Letter is generated successfully (status is SUBMITTED, REPRINTED, but is not COMPLETED).

  6. Request is opened to edit and saved without any changes.

  7. Auto Workflow rule generates a letter for the approved outcome

Expected Result: Approved outcome is marked as FALSE (“0”) for isNew in the approved letter XML.

Auto Workflow

CARE-57197

Issue: You are able to adjust the Auto Workflow frequencies to Inpatient types when the Outpatient level request custom field has already been added to the rule. The fix is to not allow this workflow and throw an error message.

Recreation Steps:

  1. Select a request custom field defined at the Inpatient and Outpatient level.

  2. Create an auto workflow rule that uses the request custom field with the Outpatient frequency.

  3. Save the rule.

  4. Edit the rule and add the Inpatient frequency.

  5. Attempt to Save the rule (an error message will present).

Expected Result: When creating a rule with multiple frequencies and a custom field, the following error message should be displayed: “A Condition for this rule is based on a custom field and this is not permitted when multiple frequencies that span Request types are specified for the rule.” The rule will not fire for Inpatient requests.

Auto Workflow

CARE-57466

Unable to disable Auto Close / Discharge Checkbox in Auto Workflow rule: In some rules, the user cannot turn off the Auto Discharge checkbox. This was occurring when the rule was edited and saved multiple times, creating additional entries in the database. The disable action needed to be done several times in some cases to successfully save.

Recreation Steps:

  1. Create request Auto Workflow rule.

  2. Add rule condition and tasks result.

  3. Enable 'Auto Discharge/Close' checkbox.

  4. Click 'Done'.

  5. Open the rule to edit.

  6. Edit rule condition of the rule.

  7. Click 'Done'.

  8. Open the rule to edit.

  9. Disable 'Auto Discharge/Close' checkbox.

  10. Click 'Done'.

  11. Open the rule to edit.

Expected Result: 'Auto Discharge/Close' checkbox is disabled.

Letters

CARE-59501

Recreation Steps:

  1. Create or identify a Letter that is set to Preview.

  2. In Aerial > Add New Item > Letter.

  3. Select the preview letter from Step 1 in the dropdown.

  4. Edit the letter in Word and Save/Deliver.

  5. Return to Letter Details page.

Expected Result: Letter Status states Submitted.
